- 4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. tapioca
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of ginger
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Bring milk to just before a boil.

2Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl, then add with whisk to milk.

3Bring to boil and add butter.

4Stir constantly.

5Pour in 1 to 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

6Bake in 325° oven for about 1 hour, stirring several times.

7Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

8Can be reheated in microwave.
