- 1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
- 3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- dash of curry powder
- 1/4 c. golden raisins
- 2 c. hot cooked long grain rice
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt butter; add onion, almonds and curry powder.

2Cook until golden brown.

3Stir in raisins; heat until raisins are plump, about 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat; stir in rice.

5Serve immediately.
