- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 ears of corn, cut from cob or use frozen corn
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1If you like hot food, add a small green chili pepper.

2Stir vegetables in skillet and add a very small amount of water.
