- 2 c. diced cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and without salt)
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
- 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/3 c. whole cranberry sauce
Directions

1Combine first 9 ingredients; divide equally into 6 (6 ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray.

2Cover loosely with foil; bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

3Uncover and let stand 5 minutes.

4Remove chicken from custard cups.

5Top each serving with cranberry sauce.
