  • 3/4 lb. ground ham
  • 3/4 lb. fresh pork (ground)
  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk.

    Mix well and form into balls.

    Mix soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard.

    Boil slowly until thickened.

    Pour over meat mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
