- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. roughly cut shrimp (shrimp can be replaced by other shellfish, mushrooms, chopped ham, bacon or sauteed onions)
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. finely grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. fresh dill (replace dill with 1/8 tsp. nutmeg)
- 1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cream butter and cheese very well; beat in 2 tablespoons cream; work in flour and salt to make dough.
