  • Oil for baking sheet
  • 36 graham crackers (to make your own, see recipe here)
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 18 large marshmallows

Directions

    Preheat broiler.

    Cover small baking sheet with foil, and lightly oil the foil.

    Put graham crackers top side down on a cutting board or another baking sheet.

    Slather each graham cracker with chocolate.
  5. 5
    Put marshmallows on the foil-covered baking sheet, and broil a few seconds, until tops are browned.

    Turn over to brown the other side.

    Put a toasted marshmallow on half of the chocolate-coated graham crackers.
  8. 8
    Top each with another graham, chocolate side down, and serve.
