- 2 teaspoons minced garlic bottled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or more
- 1/2 cup vidalia onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup grape tomatoes quartered
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives coarsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 4 cups greens or more fresh
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475.

2Place pitas on baking sheet, spread 1/2 teaspoon garlic on each. Sprinkle some onion, and cheese. Cook for 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

3While pitas bake, combine olive oil, vinegar, and pepper in bowl, toss with greens and veggies.

4Remove pitas and top with 1 cup (or more) of the greens and dressing mixture.
