Inside-Out Cake with OREO

  • - Prepared white cake mix batter
  • 2 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
  • 1-1/2 cups chocolate syrup
  • - chocolate fudge frosting
  • 1 cup OREO Pieces-Small

Directions

    Pour batter evenly into 8 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans (or 2 cake pans for trial recipe).

    Bake cake layers as directed on package; cool completely on wire racks.

    Remove from pans.

    Mix Medium Crunch OREO Pieces and chocolate syrup.

    Using 2 layers for each cake, fill layers with 2 cups of the chocolate syrup mixture.

    Frost outside of each cake with 1 lb.

    of the frosting; sprinkle top and side with 1/4 cup of the Small Crunch OREO Pieces.
