  • 2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 7 oz. cubed turkey ham
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. green pepper chunks
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayo
  • salt and pepper
