  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. water

Directions

    In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, vanilla, eggs, margarine, coffee and water.

    Mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour in greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
