- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 6 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix pudding mix and sugar in large bowl.

2Beat egg yolks and strain into milk.

3Add mixture, beating at lowest speed on mixer. Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into mixture.

5Add vanilla and nutmeg.

6Chill; shake or stir before serving.
