Ingredients

  • 3-inch potatoes (1 for each sausage)
  • 1 lb. pork sausage links
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic salt
  • paprika
  • corn flakes (for coating potatoes)

Directions

    Peel each potato and make a lengthwise hole in it with an apple corer.

    Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes.

    Boil sausage links in same water for 10 minutes, then insert a sausage in each potato.

    Make a sauce of butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

    Roll potatoes in butter mixture, then corn flakes. Dust with paprika.

    Put potatoes on rack in a pan; bake for 1 hour at 375°.

    Serve hot from oven.
