- 3-inch potatoes (1 for each sausage)
- 1 lb. pork sausage links
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- paprika
- corn flakes (for coating potatoes)
Directions

1Peel each potato and make a lengthwise hole in it with an apple corer.

2Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes.

3Boil sausage links in same water for 10 minutes, then insert a sausage in each potato.

4Make a sauce of butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

5Roll potatoes in butter mixture, then corn flakes. Dust with paprika.

6Put potatoes on rack in a pan; bake for 1 hour at 375°.

7Serve hot from oven.
