  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek olive oil
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 24 Greek black olives
  • 4 soft burrito shells
  • 1 Tbsp. Chinese hot mustard
  • 1/4 c. Oriental soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Mexican salsa sauce
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • sour cream

    Cut pork tenderloin into 1/8-inch thick slices by 1/2-inch wide.

    Marinate in Italian salad dressing overnight.

    Clean green pepper and cut into 1/4-inch strips.

    Clean Spanish onion and cut into slices.

    Cut 16 Greek olives into quarters.

    In small bowl, add olives, 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup salsa sauce.
