- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Greek olive oil
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large Spanish onion
- 24 Greek black olives
- 4 soft burrito shells
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese hot mustard
- 1/4 c. Oriental soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Mexican salsa sauce
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- sour cream
Directions

1Cut pork tenderloin into 1/8-inch thick slices by 1/2-inch wide.

2Marinate in Italian salad dressing overnight.

3Clean green pepper and cut into 1/4-inch strips.

4Clean Spanish onion and cut into slices.

5Cut 16 Greek olives into quarters.

6In small bowl, add olives, 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup salsa sauce.
