  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups corn
  • 5 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 14 cup parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with flour and cook for 1 minute.

    Stir in corn and milk.

    Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Stir in parsley.
