- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups corn
- 5 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 14 cup parsley, minced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes.

2Sprinkle with flour and cook for 1 minute.

3Stir in corn and milk.

4Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
