Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) tomato soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine ham, beef, eggs, milk and graham cracker crumbs.

2Using a 1/3 cup measure, shape mixture into 2-inch balls.

3Place in two large shallow roasting pans. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over balls.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.
