- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. horseradish
Directions

1Pound steak, dredge in flour, cut meat into 3-inch cubes. Simmer onion in oil until golden brown, remove from pan.

2Brown steak, add salt, pepper, onions, water, sour cream and horseradish.

3Cook very slowly for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
