  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. apples, sliced very thin
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1/2 bag butterscotch drops

    Cream sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.

    Mix separately all dry ingredients.

    Add to creamed mixture.

    Add nuts

    and apples.

    Mix thoroughly with wooden spoon.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, well-greased and floured.

    Sprinkle butterscotch drops on top. Bake at 350° for 50 or 60 minutes.
