  • 2 apples
  • coarse salt
  • un-salted butter
  • sugar

    Place 4 peeled, chopped russet potatoes and 2 peeled, chopped apples in a large pot; cover with water. Season with coarse salt. Cover & bring to a boil. Cook until soft, about 20 minutes. Drain.
