- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions

1Grease and flour tube pan. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl (use mixer if desired).

2Make a well or hole in the center of dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon until all the mixture is good and moist. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
