- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 12 cup natural bran
- 14 cup white sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups buttermilk or 2 cups soured milk
- 14 cup cooking oil
Directions

1in large bowl measure in flours, bran, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2mix together and make a well in center.

3pour in buttermilk and oil.

4stir just to moisten.

5scrape into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.

6bake at 350 for 1 hour.,.

7remove from pan to cool.

8serve plain or toasted.
