  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee, dissolved in hot water
  • 1 c. rye whiskey
  • 3/4 c. Canadian Club
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs, etc., in blender, adding cream last.

    Refrigerate and when cold enjoy.
