- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. honey
Directions

1Mix flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat egg with honey and milk and beat well.

2Pour into flour mixture and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.

3This batter is not smooth.

4Spread batter in pan (greased) in a 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until crusty and tests done.

5Turn out to cool.

6While still warm, brush top with butter.
