- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 pt. sour cream (1 cup)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

2Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly.

3Cook potatoes and mash.

4Add margarine, sour cream and seasonings.

5Stir in spinach.

6Turn into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
