Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 minced beef
  • 1 garden peas
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 gravy granules
  • 1 cheddar cheese
  • 1 chopped onion

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200F celcius

    Peel & boil potatoes until soft
  3. 3
    Fry minced beef with garlic powder and onions
  4. 4
    Add peeled and chopped carrot to mince
  5. 5
    Once mice is browned add the garden peas
  6. 6
    Mash potatoes together with either milk/cream or butter and add as much cheese as you like and put aside

    Once carrots have softened add about a half cup of water
  8. 8
    Stir in the gravy granules to make a gravy mix in the mince.

    Make sure not to let it get too thick !!

    Add mince mixture to a casarole dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top .. put into oven until potatoes have become golden and crispy :)
