- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons oleo
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 (1 lb) package noodles (cooked by package directions)
- 14 lb mild cheese (grated)
Directions

1Melt butter in iron kettle, (may use a regular skillet).

2Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned.

3Add onions and cook 5 minutes longer.

4Add tomatoes, salt, cooked noodles and cheese; mix well.

5(If using regular skillet, transfer to casserole dish) and set aside.

6If using iron skillet set iron skillet full of ingredients aside for 1 hour for blending of flavors.

7Then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
