  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (10 oz.) jars Serrano peppers (remove stems, as they are bitter)

    Cook 15 hours in a slow, 250°, oven.
