- 1 can beer
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) jars Serrano peppers (remove stems, as they are bitter)
Directions

1Cook 15 hours in a slow, 250°, oven.

2Remove meat and shred it.

3Place in broth, put in containers and freeze until ready to use.
