  • 4 1/2 lb. sirloin tip roast
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. beef bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Put roast, water, bouillon and paprika in roaster.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Take roast out of liquid, cool, then slice thin.

    Heat liquid and add the remaining ingredients. Pour over meat slices and simmer 1 hour.

    Serve on hard rolls.
