- 3 lb. roast
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put roast and all ingredients into crock-pot.

2Cook on high 6 to 8 hours. When meat is very tender, shred into pieces while still in crock-pot with juices. Serve on Italian beef rolls.

3Make sure to put juice on meat when serving.
