- 1 qt. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 4 to 5 lb. roast
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 jar pepperoncini salad peppers
Directions

1Heat all ingredients except roast to boiling.

2Add roast and bake at 325° until tender.

3Tear apart roast and place on Italian bread.

4Cover with shredded Mozzarella and some of the peppers.

5I like to cook it the day before in a crock-pot.
