  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 4 to 5 lb. roast
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 jar pepperoncini salad peppers

Directions

    Heat all ingredients except roast to boiling.

    Add roast and bake at 325° until tender.

    Tear apart roast and place on Italian bread.
  4. 4
    Cover with shredded Mozzarella and some of the peppers.

    I like to cook it the day before in a crock-pot.
