- 3 large onions
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place beef in large Dutch oven half filled with water.

2Add salt and sliced onion, roasting until tender.

3Remove from oven and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

4Remove roast and liquid to large glass or steel container.

5Next day remove fat and slice very, very thin.
