- 2 lb. lean beef (stew, chuck or sirloin)
- 2 c. water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. apple vinegar
Directions

1Combine all of the ingredients in a crock-pot.

2Cook on high for 5 hours.

3Drain juice and shred meat with fork, if necessary. Place on toasted hoagie/sub buns.

4Cover with grated cheese and broil until cheese melts.
