- medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. basil
Directions

1Slice onion on top of roast.

2Add water to middle of roast. Cover.

3Bake at 350° for about 2 hours.

4Cool and chill.

5Remove solidified fat.

6Slice beef thin.

7Add liquid and seasonings. Cook 3 to 4 hours over low heat.
