- 3 to 4 lb. arm or chuck roast
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 small jar mild green peppers and juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cans beer
Directions

1Simmer meat 4 or 5 hours, until meat is very tender.

2Remove meat from liquid.

3Remove any bone or fat.

4Shred meat; return to liquid.

5Serve on sourdough rolls.
