  • 2 to 3 c. water
  • 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. each marjoram, thyme and oregano
  • few drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 c. sliced green pepper

    Roast beef on rack in open roasting pan at 350° for about 40 minutes per pound. Cool and slice.
