  • 5 to 7 lb. sirloin or rump roast
  • 1 garlic head
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. red crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can Campbell's beef broth

    Mix water and beef broth with all the spices. Bake with meat at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
