- 4 to 5 lb. arm roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can beer
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed oregano and onion salt
- water (if necessary)
Directions

1Use crock-pot or 9 x 13-inch baking dish covered with foil. Sprinkle both sides with spices (trim excess fat).

2Lay peppers on top.

3Pour broth, juices and beer; cover.

4Bake at 300° for 4 hours.

5When done, shred meat with fork.

6Serve on hard rolls. Crock-pot easiest.

7Use 2 roasts and cook all day.
