  • 2 cans chicken broth (21 oz.) or 4 c. water and 2 to 3 bouillon cubes
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 to 5 lb. roast beef

    Add 4 to 5 pounds of thinly sliced roast beef (or venison) to other ingredients.
