- 1 (5 to 7 lb.) rump roast
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Tabasco sauce (few drops)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook roast; cool and slice thinly.

2To drippings in pan, add water and bouillon cubes.

3Add seasonings, garlic and green pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.

4Add sliced beef and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

5Heat and serve.
