Ingredients

  • 3 lb. roast
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 beer (I use 1 can Coke)

Directions

    Mix all together and pour over roast in crock-pot.

    Cook all night for lunch, all day for dinner.

    While still in crock, take fork and shred apart, leaving in crock in gravy.
  4. 4
    Serve over rice, potatoes or makes great submarine sandwiches.
