- dash of oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 medium onions, sliced or 3 to 4 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Salt and pepper meat.

2Crock-pot Directions:

3Place in crock-pot.

4Add all ingredients; cover and place on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.

5Take meat out; slice and shred beef and return to crock-pot.

6Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer or until desired tenderness.

7Serve on French bread as sandwich or open-faced.
