  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 5 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cheese

Directions

    Brown meat and mushrooms in oil.

    Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish.

    Stir in all other ingredients except cheese.

    Put cheese on top and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
