  • 1 large green pepper
  • equal parts of: brown sugar (1 c.), chili sauce (1 c.), beer (1 c.)

    Bake sausages on rack at 350° until brown and done.

    Do not overbake.

    Cut sausages into bite size (5 to a link).

    Cook brown sugar, chili sauce and beer together to make sauce.

    Add sausages and simmer.

    Before serving, add green pepper.
