Ingredients
- 3 lb. flour
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil or Crisco
- 3 cups water (little more or less)
Directions

1Dissolve 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar. Water should be quite warm.

2Put flour in large bowl.

3Add salt and oil or Crisco, 2 cups of warm water and last, add yeast mixture.

4Work and knead dough until smooth.

5Put dough in greased pan and cover.

6Put in warm area and let it raise about 2 hours. Punch down dough and form into loafs.

7Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds (if you like).

8Should raise in pans about 45 minutes to an hour.
