- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. dry (rapid) yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Heat 1 1/4 cups water and oil.

2Add flour, sugar, salt and rapid rise yeast; mix together.

3Work dough and then add beaten egg to mixture.

4Rub 1 tablespoon oil in bowl then add dough and cover 1 hour.

5Put into oiled loaf pan and cover for about 40 minutes. Bake at 375° for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
