  • 1 loaves 2 loaves
  • 1 cup water 1-3/4 cups water
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2-1/2 cups flour 4-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 TBSP sugar (I use honey) 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. yeast 2 tsp. yeast

    I put my ingredients in the bread machine on the dough cycle. You can use your dough hook on your Kitchen Aid. Let it rise once on the counter, then in a warm oven (~170 degrees) for ~ 30 minutes. Increase oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes.
