- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.

2Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture.

3Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish.

4Drizzle with any remaining butter.

5Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
