- 1 c. rice, prepared
- 6 pieces chicken
- 1 stick margarine
- flour
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomatoes
- salt to taste
Directions

1Melt the margarine or butter in pan or baking dish.

2Salt and roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish with melted margarine. Brown in oven for 15 minutes on each side.

3Arrange cooked rice around and in between chicken.

4Add the chopped onions, celery and drained tomatoes.

5Salt and pepper; top with small dots of margarine.

6Cover with foil.

7Bake on a lower heat (200°) for 1 hour.
