- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine flour and garlic powder and toss with chicken to coat.

2In large pan, heat oil over medium high heat.

3Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes each side until brown and cooked.

4Combine next 3 ingredients and add to pan. Simmer 5 minutes.

5Top with cheese.

6Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over noodles.
