- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 (5 oz.) cod fillets
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine first 2 ingredients and 2 tablespoons oil.

3In bowl, combine next 4 ingredients and remaining oil.

4Press mixture onto fish.

5Place on spinach.

6Cover; bake 10 minutes.

7Uncover; bake 5 minutes more or until fish flakes.
